what, I am updating??

okay, these are my latest  children.  They are actually great kiddos and this weekend was their first competition.  They did great, with four music mistakes that really chapped my hide.... They are good kids who work really hard...I am proud of them!!!

This is pimp delicious who just turned 17!!!  Where does the time go?  I am really
proud of him and he is a good kid.  The picture below is his latest love.. Her name is Chelsie and he says
she is super cool because she doesn't like drama.  That is my son, he likes the simple girls!  She is a cutie.

And of course, who can forget my Gager???  He loves, loves, loves Toy Story.  HE is either woody or buzz depending on the day!  He loves his new school and is doing well.  He learns spanish and sign language.  IT is so cute to see him sign his letters and simple phrases.

THings are ticking along here.  I know I don't update often, but I am sooo busy.  I work all day and coach til about 4:30, which with my drive gets me home about 5:30, then of course, being "betty crocker"  I cook dinner...HA HA HA , get the boys ready and go to bed around 11.  B is still at Tyson and playing army in his spare time.  He is the rear detachment commander at the 414th and so he is always busy.

More pics soon, I promise.  Hope everyone is well!!

new places, new faces.... new year

Well, I have started at my new place of employment.  It has been a good year so far.  Hectic... Friday night is Pride Night, kinda a scrimmage, introduce fall athletes.  IT is a major fundraiser for my cheerleaders and a major piece of work for those of us putting it on... can't wait til it is over.  Then we will be full swing football and min-clinic bound.  Go Blackhawks! :)

To all my teacher and school buddies, I hope you are all having a great year.  The beginning of the year always reminds me of good ole' Prescott High Football.  I paid a visit to PG the other day, I would love to get to D-town and T-town sometime.

Oh well....Take care everyone...

update..

So we went to Branson and Silver Dollar City last weekend for a get away.  We stayed at Rock Castle resort and had a good time.  It had an indoor water park.  We did a little shopping.  Bryan his the Polo outlet and of course I went to good ole Coach.  Gage had a blast in the water.  Luke didn't get to go because he had to work. :(  This weekend is my pea ridge camp.  I am posting a pic of my new squad.  Also I am going to post pics of us on the rides.  Gage loved them all.  I had to ride the little roller coaster and B had to hit the dumbo ride.  It was a fun weekend.  Also I am posting a pic of chief and one of gage playing in the back yard.  Luke is not allowing me to photograph him at this moment. :(

okay, so i uploaded pics

Finally, I just saw Jessica's message on how to fix my pics and uploaded easter pics and one of Luke playing at arvest ballpark.  I like this method so much better.
For those of you who haven't heard I accepted a new job.  I will be teaching at Pea Ridge and coaching their varsity cheer squad.  It is a co-ed squad, so that makes it a new challenge. They have great skills and potential.  I am super excited.
However, of course I will miss my friends and girls at PG.  I know life is about making choices (well, there's a novel idea...) and this one was a tough one to make.  I know there are great kids at every school and hopefully my friends will keep in touch.
Oh well, peace.
JB

that's more like it!

Better late than never

I am finally trying to upload pics and this is not letting me.. Frustration is starting to build.
So, I haven't written in forever. Hopefully at the end of this post it will let me add pictures.
WE have had Easter at mom and dad's.... we have survived high school baseball with the Cardinals finishing in the top 4 in the state... Yipee... I have survived cheer tryouts and started conditioning.... Hopefully I will end the spring conditioning with 13 girls still on the squad... HMMM... We are starting senior babe ruth baseball. Bryan and I have our 4th wedding anniversary next weekend.... and I am hoping to survive potty training and the last week of school.
So much has been going on that we never slow down around here. I think B and I are going to HS next weekend for our anniversary. Luke is having his wisdom teeth cut out on June 10th in Russvegas.... the next weekend B has drill and I think that will be another family event!.. and of course I have cheer throughout the summer. I really would like a break, but you all know I want the girls to have every opportunity to look great next year and we need the practice.
OH well, the pictures are still not uploading. I will try again in a bit! Jamie

Gage's Birthday

Okay, I am updating after Gage's party and I just uploaded my pics backwards, oh well. It has been a rough week. THey made up their first Saturday while I hosted that family at the party. My job is becoming very tough and I find myself questioning this whole special education deal. I have never felt like such a bad teacher. Oh well, enough about that, on with the party. We just had a three year old party, so we only included family again this year. I will put information under the pictures to tell you what was going on. Gager picked out the mickey Mouse theme...:)

The boys and everyone came in to watch the opening of presents..Notice that Logan has on the mickey mouse ears...:)

Gager in his "trucker hat" it was his Mickey Mouse party hat.

He stopped to pose in his Mickey Mouse ears as well.

Gage thought that everyone should get a gift, so we had a hard time getting him to open them. Cassie offered to help and so did Kami, I just didn't catch all three in a picture. Cassie was good to play with gage and entertain him.

The room for the party. Gage was so excited when I was setting it all up. He couldn't wait.

I tried a cupcake stand type cake. I made millions of cupcakes...well 48 seems like a million. I did chocolate and white cake with red, chocolate or white frosting with polka dots. I put in oreos for mouse ears. After I filled the tower I took the millions of oreos that I broke and blended them to put on top of some of the cup cakes. Then I took Gages name and hot glued it to the tower.

Another view of the cake with three containers of candy. I put a mickey mouse cut out on the glasses to carry out my little theme.

And that was that. WE also had a sandwich ring, punch and fruit trays...They ate all the food this year, so I guess it was a hit. We had Kim, Carl and the boys up, Stacey and the kids, Shanna and the girls and then of course mom and dad. Luke had fun hanging with Logan and Zayne....
I think it was a great day.
Gage loved all his toys. He got so much and is still playing hard today!!

Take care,
JB

What's going on lately?

A couple of weekends ago, we decided we needed a get away from NWA. Bryan and I went to LR to the Clinton Library. IT was a fun weekend, the library is a must if you haven't gone...

Gage waiting on a piece of my "cake".
Let's see our millionth snow this year...Jan 29...We have lots of ice and snow. Gage loves playing in the snow. Bryan said he would just lay down in it..
Gage and Daddy posing in the snow.
My birthday cake this year.. Bryan did good. Strawberry with strawberry icing. This was yet another snow day from school. Don't you love that I was up and with it--nasty hair and in my bath robe.. LOL

This has been a busy month. Getting into the swing of things at school. Hosted 77 little girls this past week for a "little Tiger" Cheer Clinic. They perform at the next home game. Started a new class, this is my last for my special ed certification. It is going to be a "booger". Yikes.
Luke got a new car..well new to him, a mustang...Long story, but the blazer sucked...Too much work..so he now has a mustang and he thinks he is "THE MAN"...the other day he told me the car was a chick magnet..WOW..
And that's about it.
Bryan went to Pennsylvania for the Army for a week. Gage is still into just about anything... Got his mouth washed out for the first time last night...however, I am blaming my husband for that one. :)
Hope everyone is well!

Update

Below you will see lots of pics. Today we are enjoying our third snow. I gave myself today as a deadline for adding pictures. We have been busy and lazy. Christmas at mom's and then the bunting family.... Then Christmas Day at Shanna's house. Luke has gone and returned home from Dallas... We had a nice New Year's Dinner at Mermaids, then stopped by a hole in the wall establishment... And have recovered from that experience.
Back to school tomorrow...
I hope you are all doing well. LOVE AND PEACE JB
